Pollens and allergens that can trigger hay fever and asthma

Red, itchy eyes, a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing and an itchy throat and palate. For Australia’s 4.6 million hay fever sufferers, spring can be the worst time of the year as minuscule pollens from grasses, weeds and trees fill the air.
