Asthma Buddy is back as a mobile-only website. He’s the same helpful guy, just a little fancier.
A mobile-only website allows for more flexibility so Asthma Buddy can keep current with best practices. You can personalise Asthma Buddy by inputting your asthma action plan, and refer to it to knowwhat day-to-day asthma medication to take. It will also help you recognise if your asthma is getting worse and give you advice on what you should do in response.
Always keep Asthma Buddy by your side to:
Record your preventer and reliever medication plan for when you’re feeling well, not well or worse.
Record your reference peak flow measurements for when you’re feeling well, not well or worse, and when you should get help immediately.
Know what to do in case of an emergency, including easy access to the First Aid for Asthma instructions right on your mobile device.
Email a PDF copy of your action plan to yourself or your doctor.
Record and access the contact details for your doctor or emergency contact person.
Access our library of how-to videos including clips showing the correct use of various asthma and COPD inhalers.
